Building a home for our next generation, requires looking to the future.

On May 7, 2019, British Columbia's first complete ICF Passive House officially started in East Vancouver, BC. The project is being built by Nueltin Construction, who are focused on building high performance, beautiful, ICF Passive Homes.

Derek Collins, P.Eng, and principal of Nueltin, together with James Young, PM and CAD designer, are the two driving forces behind this ambitious project and their excited to provide their candid take on what is involved in pursuing, and getting to yes, with building your own ICF Passive Home.

The Nueltin ICF Passive house, will be a 4000 sqft, three story home that has many novel and unique design and engineering elements and is built to be a sustainable, comfortable home for our future.
